Workspace Setup

Configure your workspace, invite team members, and set preferences.

Your workspace is the central hub for your team. Every document, conversation, and knowledge graph entity belongs to a workspace.

Invite team members

Go to Organisation > Members in the sidebar

Click Invite Member

Enter the email address and select a role:

AdminManage members, settings, integrations, and all documents
MemberUpload documents, chat, search, and use Knowledge Packs

Seat limits

Launch plans support up to 5 members, Growth up to 20, and Pro is unlimited.

Configure AI preferences

Navigate to Personal > Search & Retrieval to customise how the AI searches for you:

  • Default search scope. Choose between your uploads only, the full workspace, or the active project
  • Document priority. Rank which document types the AI checks first (specifications, drawings, manuals, etc.)
  • Knowledge Packs. Enable or disable vendor documentation in results

These are personal preferences. They affect only your queries, not your team's.

Set your language

Osprai supports English and French. Change your display language in Personal > Preferences.

Language vs. search

The display language changes the UI text. Search language is independent. You can ask questions in either language regardless of your display setting, and Osprai will search documents in both.

Organisation settings

Admins can manage workspace-wide settings in the Organisation tab:

  • Workspace: rename your workspace, update description
  • Members: invite, remove, and change roles
  • AI Policies: set default grounding mode for the workspace
  • Knowledge & Data: manage data retention and export
  • Security: authentication and access settings
  • Plan & Usage: view query usage, storage, and manage subscription
