Getting Started
Set up your Osprai workspace and start asking questions in minutes.
Get up and running with Osprai in under 5 minutes.
Create your account
Go to osprai.app and click Sign Up. Enter your email, create a password, and verify your email address.
Set up your workspace
Once logged in, you'll land in your workspace. This is where your team's documents, conversations, and knowledge live. You can invite team members from Organisation > Members.
Upload your first document
Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar and click Upload Files. Drag and drop a PDF, DOCX, or PPTX file. Osprai will automatically extract text, tables, images, and drawings.
Processing time
Most documents process in 30 seconds to 2 minutes. You'll see the status update in the Documents page.
Ask your first question
Go to Chat in the sidebar and type a question about your uploaded document. For example:
- "What is the cooling capacity of AHU-01?"
- "What cable type is specified for the speaker zones?"
- "Summarize the key requirements in section 3.2"
Osprai searches your documents, verifies the answer against the sources, and responds with clickable citations.
