Knowledge Packs
Pre-indexed vendor documentation for instant answers.
Knowledge Packs are curated collections of vendor documentation (manufacturer specs, installation guides, and product manuals) that are pre-indexed and ready to search. No uploading required.
How it works
- Navigate to Knowledge Packs in the sidebar
- Browse available packs by vendor or category
- Enable a pack to include it in your AI's knowledge
- Ask questions in Chat. The AI searches both your documents and enabled packs

Packs + your documents
Knowledge Packs work best alongside your own documents. The AI can cross-reference vendor specs with your project-specific drawings and schedules for comprehensive answers.
Using packs in Chat
Use the Packs pill in the chat input to enable or disable specific packs for a conversation. This is useful when you want answers specifically from one manufacturer's documentation.
You can also set a default in Personal > Search & Retrieval to always include Knowledge Packs in search results.
Available packs
Knowledge Packs cover major AEC and AV manufacturers across lighting, audio, video, rigging, and networking. New packs are added regularly.
Maintained by Osprai
Packs are curated, indexed, and kept up to date by the Osprai team. When a manufacturer releases new documentation, the pack is updated automatically.
